Zoning

Laurel Run Borough is a zoned community, and its zoning regulations are designed to promote, protect, and facilitate public health, safety, morals, and general welfare. These regulations aim to support coordinated community development, ensure proper population density, and provide essential services like transportation, water, sewerage, schools, and public grounds. The goal is also to prevent overcrowding, blight, and other hazards such as fire, flood, and traffic congestion, while maintaining the character and suitability of the municipality’s various areas for specific uses and structures.

Disclaimer:
The Code of Ordinances and other documents available on this website may not reflect the most current legislation adopted by the Municipality. These documents should not be relied upon as the definitive authority for local legislation. For the official version of any zoning or other documents, please contact the Municipality directly.

Zoning Documents will be updated soon!
